My husband was sent to work at the Ship Channel for a month. After searching closer motels, they either were nasty, expensive or all smoky. We were told about this motel. The price was really reasonable, room was very clean and comfortable.. Sure I would have liked a swimming pool or kitchen accessories but then this would have raised the prices.. We feel completely at home here.

The front desk person, an older woman with short black hair and glasses named lisa was rude the minute we walked in. I was absolutely appalled. She talked down to us like we were trash and had a smart mouth for any question we asked.

They took my reservation and I show up on Sunday, the day we reserved only to find out that the office isn't even open on Sundays!
