Great hotel with an excellent breakfast buffet. Room was clean and had a great layout for a small family. Staff was excellent! Will stay again!

Amazing breakfast buffet....parking is easy and it is just a few minutes and easy drive into town. Have stayed there twice and will do so again. All staff very nice and cleaning staff were so helpful and polite.

We stayed at this hotel in October 2006 and would not stay anywhere else in Charlston. Luxury without paying the press. Everything is first class. Wonderful view on the river side. Very special

Difficult parking, mediocre location, understaffed, no bottled water for sale (even though someone could have run to the corner store to purchase/restock shelves), broken remote control in room & No hot water in the morning - confusion reigned and manager was unwilling or unable to offer decent customer service. Springhill Suites fills our needs for a safe, convenient, easy parking, reasonable and pleasant staff. i am originally from the area and came down for the 4th of july. the staff treated my guests and i like kings and queens. They were more than courteous and the amenities were great. Parking was good and they provided coupons to the crab shack which was very good.would definitely recommend to anyone.
