Stayed here several times over the last 5 or 6 years. Great location. Nice contiental breakfast. Don't use the pool so don't know how it was. Rooms have always been clean. Very helpful front desk people. I highly recommend it to anyone staying in Naperville-Aurora area

Desk staff was rude, provided very poor service, room smelled heavily of smoke even though a non smoking room was requested, room and furnishings were dirty and shabby. Bathroom had dirt and mold in corners, towels were worn. Free breakfast consisted of watered down juice, lukewarm coffee and stale muffins and pastries. Super 8 used to provide a comfortable stay at a reasonable price but no more. Never again a Super 8 Motel.

We have been there twice--the first time, the pool was broken, and the hot tob as well. This time the hot tub was cold and the pool was disgusting. Both times, we noticed the place was FILTHY! To top it off, this time around, police were roaming around arresting people. Needless to say, we got our money back and we will never return!!!

I have stayed here before and it seems like the quality has gone down. The pool area needs to be cleaner. Two mornings there was no milk or juice provided for breakfast!! A broken light by the elevator was not fixed during the six days that we stayed here. I do like the computer that is available for public use.

Friendly service and clean facilities and rooms. Great stay for business travelers. Computer available for guests at front desk. Pool was not the cleanest and fitness center consisted of one treadmill that did not work but staff informed me that they are getting new equipment. Would definitely stay there again.
