    There has been 3 nights that I went without heat in my room. It was 37 degrees outside in the evening. I was assured that it would be fixed. Finally someone fixed it. I also let them know that the faucet on the bathtub was ready to fall off. There was burn marks on the countertops in the bathroom. Staff was vacuuming at 8:00 in the morning. ...
