Awful Customer ServiceThis hotel overcharges, actually double charged for my stay. I stayed at this hotel around the end of December. It is now February and I still have not received my refund for the double billing. We paid cash when we arrived at the hotel but they still charged my credit card on the second day of our vacation. Dont even try to contact them ...SHOW FULL REVIEW

Will always stay here when in Baltimore,,,,We were coming to Baltimore for Thanksgiving and this was our first trip to this city. We found this place on Yahoo travel. Was a very nice place to stay. Very near the airport, yet only heard two planes the entire time we were in our room. Kitchen in room saved us a bundle on meals.
