Nice grounds. Rooms are a bit small but fine for couples. Not a place for kids. You can walk to everything, or rent bikes/mopeds nearby. Great sandwich shop(SUNNYS DELI)just up the street.

Thought this was a good way to experience Key West the first time. Close to everything in Old Town, but yet far enough away to be fairly cozy. Staff was very nice and helpful. Would go back.

My wife and I loved this charming hotel! The rooms were very clean and were sufficiently large enough. The staff was very helpful and we loved using the swimming pool. And it was close to all the action.

In short, it's everything we wanted in a Key West hotel! We would go back.

THE ROOM WAS NESTELED IN THE REAR OF THE HOUSE, ALOT OF LUSH GARDENS AND PRIVACY.
A SHORT WALK TO DUVAL STREET. A GREAT SANDWICH SHOP JUST A BLOCK AWAY (SUNNY'S).

We were both disappointed in the accomodations. The pictures on the web site were not true to form. The rooms were very small and the door to the so called deck was in the bathroom and only had a small sheet like curtain that barely covered the full glass door. The roosters start crowing before dawn and we had to turn on the air conditioner and the bathroom exhaust fan to "try" to drown out the noise. Not worth the price.

My sister and i stayed here for 4 nights, and we loved it! It was a short walk to restaurants and shops.It is also close to the beach, although i recommend you rent a bike, the rental place is right next door.We had free breakfast by the pool every morning, and the pool was kept really clean.The staff was very helpful with giving us directions to ...

The room was very small and sparsely furnished for the price. Staff at front desk lacked "southern hospitality". It was a motel six with a high price tag.

I like everything about this place, very romantic, family oriental, also you can walk to Duval Street. The room and the bathroom was very clean, and comfortable

Though the room was nice enough it was not at all clean. Upon arrival, the carpet had something liquid spilled on it, and the carpet was dirty (complete with pretzels from previous guests). I would suggest that they take the trouble to bring a vacuum into the room instead of relying on a cheap carpet sweeper. The bathroom walls were quite unclean ...
