We had a one night get away and were so pleased with almost everything. The staff from the bellmen to the front desk are outstanding. Service is amazing. The concierge is knowledgeable and helpful. Location is awesome. Room was great for the value!

We stayed at the Wyndham Chicago in July 2007. It is one short block from Michigan Avenue, and priced well below comparable hotels within walking distance. We skipped renting a car because we'd heard in advance about how expensive it is to park downtown, and it was fun to walk everywhere - John Hancock tower, Navy pier, American Girl Place, ...

Hotel is one short block from Michigan Ave. Fabulous location. We got a king suite for a great price, plenty of room for the kids. As a WyndhamByRequest member,had soda, water and cheese & crackers delievered to our door within a few minutes of arrival. Pool is small but nice. Used parking garage 1/2 block away, $34 for 24 hours. Will stay at this location again.

We got a great deal online, and after reading a couple of reviews I was a little scared about the snobby atmosphere I might encounter. They were so wrong. We were treated like royalty. The concierge was very helpful in finding a location for us! Our room was gorgeous and clean. I am a clean freak!
