The room was musty. The staffy surly & the promised view of Lake Tarpon was a very slight peek overlooking a dumpster. Stay away. If I was'nt prepaid for 4 nights, I would have been gone immediately. I checked in at 3 PM & they said all rooms taken. Not so.

False advertisement! The room was filthy. Bed was in poor shape. Had to be replaced, but took two days to do so! No in room interent service. Was told to go to the business center where they had one computer that was outdated.

Management was not very helpful or considerate!

Very disappointing. will never stay there again and will tell family and friends to do the same.

The hotel was false advertisement! It was dirty, the showers had mildew all over. The beds were old and in a 'v' shape. Their fitness center contained a very old treadmill, old bike, and a terrible cheap weight machine. The service was terrible. No vending machines around our room.
