    Upon arrival the staff were very friendly. I was very impressed with how helpful they were. When we arrived in our room it was bigger than expected and very clean. I was very impressed that ALL calls are FREE that you make from your phone.
    They offer a shuttle service to the Mall of America. The driver was very nice and the bus was clean!

    The hotel was very dirty. My room hadn't been vacumed in days. Parking was inconvienent. Staff was lackluster.I will not stay there again.
