stayed here on longstay. you're supposed to have a full clean every week and also a refresh- in 5 weeks i had 2 full cleans and had to ask for clean sheets for the sofa bed and go to the front desk for toilet paper. they admitted they were having staffing problems, but when you pay for a service- it should be provided. the rooms are good value as you have a decent kitchen, double bed, sofa bed and en suite but the service is sub par
