    Front desk staff is rude, wouldn't not even try to accomodate me. When I asked about if they had a crib to put in the room, the guy I spoke with had no idea.

  • Only one bad thing about the hotel

    Room was nice and clean, but the front desk service was horrid. Rude and non-helpful front desk staff. I stay in a lot of hotels and these employees at the front desk were simply there.
