My husband and I stayed for one night prior to going on a cruise. It's a taxi ride to the Miami port, but it was SO worth staying there! The facility is clean and the rooms were superb! The staff was very helpful. I would LOVE to stay there again!

Front desk staff is rude, wouldn't not even try to accomodate me. When I asked about if they had a crib to put in the room, the guy I spoke with had no idea.
