Only one bad thing about the hotelRoom was nice and clean, but the front desk service was horrid. Rude and non-helpful front desk staff. It was GREAT!My husband and I stayed for one night prior to going on a cruise. It's a taxi ride to the Miami port, but it was SO worth staying there! The facility is clean and the rooms were superb! The staff was very helpful. I would LOVE to stay there again!OVERALL
