Rooms were old and in poor repair. The beds were well used/ Staff could not do anything until they went thru management. Amenities on the website are not there. No coffee maker in every room and they don't have any to give you. Ironing boards and irons have to be checked out, and it is a portable ironing board....mine was broken.

I found the hotel to be close to everything 20 mins from Blowing Rock and 1hr 10 mins from charlotte. I would stay here again!
