Ripped OffI was charged for a reservation for 2 rooms that I had cancelled more than 24 hours before. The staff misrepresented our phone conversations so that they would not have to refund the cost of the rooms. I travel 3 out of 4 weeks. We love the service and the people!The room was great, the service was fantastic
and the people who helped us were cooperative, very friendly and very nice. I'd recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

not such a good dealI stayed at this hotel thinking it was a great bargain. Due to the last person's post, I was deceived to believe that it was the only hotel downtown in which parking was fee. It's not. Their own lot next to the hotel is $12 per day! Others in the area are between $5 and $8 a day. The public lot across the street is $11.50 per day - so ...Was this review helpful?
