We chose the Residence Inn because we had to bring our dog with us. The fee was an extra $75 which I think is rather steep. The room wasn't supplied very well with enough towels, shampoo, etc. for 4 people. Breakfast is included. It was good but the exact same menu was served for both mornings we were there so we felt like the second day ...

The room was very clean and the accommodations good however the room service was poor. We had to ask for shampoo, clean towels, etc. The cart was usually in the hall however the room was not supplied very well.

I stayed at the Residence Inn, Bloomington for 3 weeks and I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else if I return to Minneapolis. Friendly staff, great rooms and great location to shopping & restaurants.
High speed internet connection was invaluable.

This is a great hotel. It is very comfortable and family friendly. The suites include two bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. The best part is that a free breakfast is included and it's great food! It's also extremely close to the airport and the Mall of America.

Clean and comfortable facility. Big suites with a nice mini-kitchen. Lots of convenient parking. Easy drive to airport and Mall of America.

Only a few quibbles: rooms are not exactly soundproof, but since there were not too many guests there the same time as us, it wasn't much of a problem. Also, the pool was freezing cold. Even the kids couldn't tolerate it. Hopefully that's been resolved.
