I loved the fact that everything was clean. This was a first on our whole tour this time. The only comments or suggestions I would have is that the wait staff needs to be better versed in English, after all, they are working in a country that uses a fair amount, and having Russian or other wait people definately affected our ability to order food ...

This hotel is a real gem! One of the most friendly hotels we've ever stayed in. Food is excellent, style of hotel is cool and trendy with this wonderful 11th century backdrop. Grill had amazing steaks. Lively local pub. Nice walks. on bus and train route to city centre that takes just a few minutes. We're going back!!
