i experience booking room are not well prepared by your receptionist /mastura,my book was thru air asia/GO HOLLYDAY.My book was 8 person for 4 rooms seems your receptionist only prepared 2 rooms.Hope it's not be happen again.

Once you enter the hotel, you are greeted with smiles. The staffs are very friendly.
Location is in the heart of city, 10 mins to most places.

Rooms are very clean.Only thing is they missed cleaning outside the windows, thus affects the nice views they have. And the internet service is pretty bad.

For those who booked for the rooms,its a bit disappointing,but why dun try the suites and apartment.Very nice..The food is nice.Service nice too..Everythings juz nice over here.I've stayed for an event and despite of the celebration month of independence day,the still provide us everything pleasantly...Worth it!

This was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel!! My nightmare began when I went to check-in and the first words that I heard were "We have your pre-paid reservation, but the only room we have for you has a single bed on a smoking floor, facing the parking garage." Since 2003, I have stay at this hotel 8 times for business trips. I am impressed with the quality of service and how the personnel make every effort to assist the guests.

I recommend the merdeka burger and the sarawak laksa to those who have never tried this! A must!

I like the bathroom concept and their orderness towards cleanliness, ...

room - tiny
swimming pool - quite small with barely any shades
children's pool - non existent
children's playground - pathetic in every way (my 18 month old son won't even play in it)
breakfast buffet - meager (needs a TON of improvements here!)
location - only shopping this place is near to is a vacant/dead shopping center behind the hotel
room rates - way too much than what they give
