Positives: Staff was friendly and our view from the beach front room was amazing. We used a lot of their free non-motorized beach equipment: volleyball, ping-pong table, pool table, etc.

We've visited many area's and resorts including other Crown Paradise facilities this one was a disappointment. Staff at times seemed to care less about service. Food was ok but selection at all restaurants & Buffet not up to expectations very limited offerings.

I shall be honest by saying that this hotel is just OK. We arrived there and it was clean, and for an all adults hotel, it was more like a 55 plus hotel. Did not like the fact that we could not utilize the beach. The peddlers were everywhere. You could not even stop off the pool area without being
aggresively approached. The food was just OK. The staff in the restaurants were very friendly and that is the best thing I can say about the place. One of the girls at the front information desk was the rudest person I have ever had to deal with. We were glad to get home.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The furniture in the room was a little outdated but it was absolutely spotless. I am a very picky person and I found it very clean. The staff was really fun and great. It was a very nice place to stay, although i would say the food was horrible, there was 2 in our party that were sick for 3 days and we didnt drink the water. The wait staff was very friendly.

This was my first time staying in this hotel, I plan on returning again next year. It was well kept and very clean, the bed needs to be a little softer. Lots of things to do. Keep up the good work.
