Terrible cleaning service, rude check in people, awful maintenance. It was like no one had stayed in our room for a very long time, and the hotel didnot bother with the up keep.

Do not go to this hotel. We had to constantly contact the front desk to get things taken care of -the toaster and lamp were broken, they never came to clean the room or replace the sheets. When they finally "cleaned the room" the housekeeper simply remade the bed with the same dirty sheets. Then they were extremely rude when we asked for new ones. They were just rude the whole time. Never go here.

my car would provide better sound-proof than the rooms facing the 405 freeway. rooms not facing the freeway might be better choice. i'm not impressed with this hotel at all.

Second, but last time we stay there. Only 1 person is in charge at the front desk, and last weekend we waited about 20 minutes before being checked in. This time to make matters worse, the room was not clean either.
