We won't stay anywhere elseThe Phoenix isn't a big name like Shilo or Best Western, and the first time we stayed there it was actually only because the shilo was full. But it was the best accident!! "my dog & I loved the phoenix"...This is the best hotel to take your pet, the rooms are large and furnished very nice.
The breakfasts in the AM are the best, I will stay in the Phoenix any time I am in the area. Thanks again

Our favorite place to stay in Salem!This is one of our favorite places to stay when we come to the Salem area. Great service! Everyone that works there is friendly and very helpful. A special thank you to Jay who was so kind all the times I found myself locked out of my room and no key to get in.
