I recently stayed at the Candlewood in Jacksonville,Florida.Cleanliness,safety,niceness and price in that order is a must for me.I Can honestly say that i received it all and an extra bonus.The staff was very nice and ms A. W. at the front desk was exceptional.We travel frequently and will definetly stay again and try others in different places.

They advertise as pet friendly but they do not tell you about their non-refundable pet deposit until you arrive. Once I was told I would have to pay a $75 deposit for ONE NIGHT for an $80 room, I told them I would just leave. We stayed 2 weeks due to a family member having surgery at St. Luke's. We loved it. it was quiet, only one mile from the hospital and has a beautiful yard in which to walk. All staff members were superb, friendly, and courteous. I wholeheartedly recommend Candlewood to anyone who wants a nice place in which to reside.

I stayed for 4 weeks while I was working on a group training project.Prices were great! I liked having my own kitchen to save some cash and the grocery store is 5 minutes from the hotel.It's so convenient and clean and comfortable.
