There is Nice Pool and Hot tub; Very good fun for family. Rooms were very clean and staff was good. I am planning to come back to this hotel with my family and recommend my friends.

Great rooms, breakfast and staff. The staff was very into makein sure we was ok and makeing sure we had everything we need to make our stay the best

The pool was really warm, the staff was constantly asking if everything was ok, if we had enough towels, if we were comfortable, just generally concerned about our welfare.

This Hotel has the best customer service I have ever seen at any hotel. THe rooms are clean the pool and hot tub are wonderful. THe best thing about this hotel though is the people that work there. I am astonished at the attention that they give each and every guest. I cant wait to see them again!

great place to stay, nice pool and hot tub. Great place right next to Lake erie, fish all day and relax all night.

This hotel is stuck in the middle of what once was a big outlet mall. Pavement is bad driving in but the hotel is very nice. Clean rooms, internet, pool exercise room and more. A little pricey for the location but a nice nights sleep will await you.
The outlet mall does have a few stores open and it is within walking distance to the hotel. Bad ...
