i've stayed at this hyatt twice in the past 4 months and i'm going back again! the rooms were clean and fresh everything was shiney i loved the space in the room and i love the hookups on the massive tv! service was awsome they accomodated all my request! i loved it the kids loved it and so did my husband the continental breakfast was the best i've ever seen! love all the ammenities i'll go back again and again!

I recently just stayed at this hotel for a business trip. They are currently under renovation and according to the Front Desk, the renovation would be complete at the beginning of October. I had stayed here before when this hotel was an AmeriSuites, but since it is in the process of converting into a Hyatt Place, this hotel has improved by 200%! ...

hotel smelled like smoke. the pool was cold. the beds where not comfortable. a/c wasn't working. bathtub wasn't in great shape. there was no shower curtain. there was pet hairs all over the room. the front desk not nice. the internet wasn't in use. ants where crawling all over the room . there where in the bathroom, kitchen,beds. the shower had no water pressure either. i woundn't stay here !

Ants were crawling over my room -- including the bathroom, kitchen, and beds. When asked for a room switch, was sent to a room that smelled like a cigarette festival. (It was supposed to be non-smoking).
When I told the clerk about this, he sent a maintenance man to verify the smell. He came back and confirmed I was right.
