It seems that the bad reviews never get posted. I wrote one as soon as we returned from our trip but never saw it posted here. The stay here was such a "let down" for me and my family. We had waited all winter for our first trip of the season. We chose this motel because of the cost. The Staff was very unfriendly, very unhelpful. Dont stay just to save a few bucks! Its not worth it!

My husband and I stay her several times a year and find it to be even better than the time before! This hotel truly has the entire staff (maids included) on what great customer service is all about!! We had an AC issue and within 30 minutes of reporting it, we had a brand new unit!! Great job!!

Where do I start... My airconditoner was not working. The filters were totally clogged up... the light in the bathroom didn't work and the cleaning lady tried to clean the room at 10 O'clock on check out day.... Other than that the jacuzzi tub was awesome and my company was even better...

After moving from a horrible hotel along the gulf, this place was heaven. Very clean and hotel staff was very courteous. Price was reasonable. Only stayed 1 night, but wished I had booked for more. The kids enjoyed the pool area. Location close to all the attractions.

After an eight hour drive my husband and I were very tired and we got our room pretty quickly. I was relived to see a room that was clean and awaiting our stay.

Our room was dirty upon arrival, from the tub to the bed to the coffee pot and no one came to clean it after we called and requested it be cleaned. Our sheets were never changed during our stay there and on our last day there we found a beer bottle cap on our table when coming in for the day, which was not ours.
