It was my first time in Plantation Florida and I choose this hotel on the internet.

Nice and clean suites. More attention needs to be made to breakfast bar -- completely out of OJ, one of the two waffle irons was broken, lots of empty bowls that needed refilling. The shuttle service is horrible if you arrive between 3-8 pm -- we waited 1-1/2 hours for shuttle to suites, even after calling several times.

The inability to book two rooms at once was a problem. My traveling party and I were seperated because of your lack of service. My choice was to split up or pay a cancellation fee. Terrible customer service on the phone as well. I will not use Yahoo travel services again.
