This hotel was a dump. I made reservations online but decided I would arrive early to view one of the rooms before checking in. These rooms were small with very low beds. My 7 yr old daughter looked at me and said” Mommy I don’t want to stay here!” I was very disappointed that the photo gallery online was misleading. I cancelled my reservations and enjoyed a pleasant comfortable night at the Econo Lodge at Exit 18.

Customer Service is NOT on the top of their list. My sister and I were both yelled at on two different occasions by the front desk clerk for asking for additional items for our rooms.

Dirt came out of the ice dispenser when we tried to get ice.

The a/c in our room worked on one temperature, but the a/c in my sister's room didn't work ...

Free wireless internet? Not if your room is too far from the lobby - forget it, it will NOT connect to your laptop in your room - and the staff acted surprised and said they'd never had a complaint about that before????

The outside door right by our room would not operate with our room key; staff said it worked sometimes and sometimes not - ...

We have stayed here many times on our trips to Wild Adventures. The hotel is nice, clean, and safe. Super value! Very friendly staff. You can't beat what you get for the price.

We liked this motel it is clean the staff is very nice.We felt very secure here. We thought the beds were very comfortable there are many places to eat close by. we will be back soon.

Service was standard.
Located right off from interstate. Easy to get to and plenty of parking.
Room carpet was very dirty and hallway and stairwell along with lobby needed a good vacuming and cleaning. Pool was outside, non-heated and very small.
