The view was great and the beds & pillows were comfy. Room was clean.
The complimentary breakfast was horrible compared to those we have had at other hotels. Old tasting pastries and some kind of egg bake that the dog would refuse. Friendly staff and great access to Canal Park.... Our suggestion is that if you stay there....choose to eat elsewhere.

Great location - walking distance to all Canal Park attractions. Friendly, very professional staff. Large lobby and lakeside room for lounging. Robust wireless internet access everywhere. Outstanding free breakfast. Ample parking.

The hotel is in an excellent location. You can enjoy Canal Park and venture out to many other areas. We explored Jay Cook State Park and Split Rock while in town.

The lake view rooms and breakfast area are simply amazing. If you're going to Duluth, you have to stay in Canal Park. The Hampton beats the others with value and expected Hilton quality.
