  • JW Marriott Bangkok is the BEST!

    The staff at this Hotel is top notch. We spent three nights on arrival and three nights on departure. We love the JW and the staff. Everything in the Hotel sparkles and I mean everything. Rooms are incredible. If you are going to Bangkok this is the place to stay!

    Interesting location... the outside doesnt do this nice hotel justice. It's the best in the neighborhood and an easy walk to teh skytrain. Last stay they rushed me to get out so they could referb the floor I was on. I thought that was a little out of place for a flagship hotel with typically great service/hospitality.

    I only spent three days there but I found the JW to be a lovely hotel. The room was excellent, the service impeccable and the location great. I will definitely stay there again when returning to Bangkok.

  • Right in the heart of the city

    Located right downtown close to all of the shopping and nightlife.
    Our room was on a high floor away from the noise of the city and the service was fantastic. Would stay here again.

  • Did I see a rat?

    As we drove in, we did notice a large rat crawling around the back...maybe he was just passing through. After that sight everything else was spectacular. The decor and design are classic Thai. The staff are pleasant and very helpful. The restaurants are good too. We enjoyed a comfortable stay.

    As usual, I found the JW Marriott absolutely incredible. I've stayed there a couple of times over the last few years as I was doing some consulting for one of our customers in Bangkok. I usually stay for 2-3 weeks at a time.

    i stayed there with my wife 2 years ago for three nights on our honeymoon.
    the hotel overall is superb.the service is excellent and the room was fantastic.the location very good for shopping.
    the restaurants were nice nothing extraordinary except from breakfast and breakfast room which was superb.

    The service was great. All of the restuarants are top notch but the New York Steak house is probably the top of all. I stayed there for 10 days and it was one of the best trips I ever had. Easy to get around the city from this location.

    Although staying in Hotel is not convenience as home, JW is not a bad choice. Most of people who keeps travelling do not like buffer. JW has a special dish that I can not go out for other restaurant: goose liver. Stay there, enjoy one of the best cafe in town, you will enjoy it. Other delicious dishes also are available at White Elephant, Tsumani, Man Ho. And of cause, do not miss the best beefsteak in town : the NewYork Steak House.
