THIS POOL IS GREAT FOR SMALL KIDS.WE STAYED FOR A WEEK. LOVED IT.

The hotel was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great customer service. The pool was very nice as was the restaurant and lounge. This is a great place to stay with a family

After reading the two bad reviews posted here, I was nervous about booking this hotel. We took a last minute vacation to the Black Hills, and this was one of the few affordable hotels that still had vacancies. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was clean, comfortable, and in a decent part of town.

the a/c was not working we had to leave our room door open all night just to have some airflow...we paid extra to be poolside and when we addressed our concerns with management they never addressed them... This place may look good in pictures or is affordable but the service or lack there of is the reason why the price it so low... with this place you defenitly get what you pay for
