this was a great hotel expesaly the manager melissa she was veary nice the hotel was clean but the best part was the manager it was a very nice location

This is a quick drive from the airport and right off highway I-96, so it's convenient. We arrived at 1:30 A.M. after a day of flight delays and we greeted promptly. The room is nothing special, but was clean. It's a little noisy, but only because alot of travelers were up early to hit the road. Not the kind of place for a multi-day stay, but fine for a one night stop.

we had to wait for the bathtub to drain before we could take another shower, tub filled almost all the way with just one shower. also the ice machine was broken and the staff said that they would not be providing any that night... we won't be back, and we cancelled the next nights reservation, because they could not provide a room with functioning bathtub.

Wow, what a great experience. Room was very clean and organized. Staff was courteous and pleasant. The best hotel I've stayed in many years as this hotel beat the 4 Star hotels I've visited!

We stayed at this hotel and was amazed at the level of service we received from the staff. The manager, Amy was exceptional. We travel a lot to Grand Rapids and we have finally found a hotel that we felt relaxed in. I would recommend this to anyone for either leisure or business travel.

First thing you can smell is dog. Given I've never stayed in a hotel that allowed pets but I didn't expect something like that. Small pool, small dinning area.
