When I wanted to relax on the hot tub as soon as I entered the room it had a terrible moldy smell. I looked at the hot tub and I could see green at the bottom. I decided to go into the pool instead. Check in time is to be at 3 p.m. and we got there at 4;30 p.m. and the rooms were not clean and ready. They gave me four different rooms before I found one of them clean and they had me going back and forth checking each room I was given a key to. They were rude and inconsiderate. Rooms don't have coffee makers. The tubs look old and dirty. The rooms have a gloomy look to them and it was just a terrible experience overall.

Needed more towels in the indoor pool area, Was nice to set breakfast up early for us the day we left and staff were very polite
