    Great restaurant decent service. Rude and nasty casino pit bosses. yells at customers rather than friendly Our group stood up and left. Never again will we visit Club Cal Neva on our trips to Reno.

    Previously I enjoyed gambling at the Cal Neva Casino because it was the one place where one could run their hands threw silver dollars or other coins. However, since you are now using script like the Indian Casinos there is no need for me to travel to your Casino. Now I can simply go to a place close to home and get the same affects as you offer now at Club Cal Neva

    We have been going to Reno for years, always gamble (slots) at Cal Neva - great payback....actually come home with money most of the time.
    The Virginian isnt the fanciest, but is clean and right across the street. Who spends time in the room anyway?
    Have tried all the other casinos and they dont come close to the payback at CalNeva.
    All employees are pleasant and helpful at both the hotel and the casino.
    Their signature slots are the best!

    my husband and i now live in salinas ca,lived in sparks nevada for 3 yrs. when we go to reno we now stay at cal-neva hotel, they know us well. always accomodate us w/excellent serv. and hotel privelages. luv the gifts we receive, but their should be more choices of gift plays. only have a 4 pk of bottle beer/2 per wk. not right. i spend alot of money the two of us. But excellent service at hotel ck in. great people. joe and arlene
