For the location, this is an excellent value, and the restored surroundings are both romantic and sophisticated. The rooftop pool is a must visit at sunset.

There is nothing I do not like about this place. It is so beautiful. The people are so friendly and polite. I cannot wait to go back.

We loved the architecture, the service, the view. It was a great experience and we are eager to return. The staff is extremely well trained and eager to help. During the four days we were there the cleaning staff kept our room impeccably clean. We usually have trouble sleeping away from home. This was not the case in the Georgian Terrace. Our room was wonderful!

Step out of the box! Try something new & different. Old age charm meets all the amenities of today at a price you can afford. I can't think of anything I didn't like. The service was excellent - all needs were met with a smile. Beds extremely comfortable. Rooms beautiful & clean. Bathrooms large. My favorite place to stay while in Atlanta visiting relatives.

The Georgian Terrace is an amazing suite hotel in the middle of Midtown Atlanta. You can walk to nightlife, shows, parks, restaurants, everything! The concierge and front desk staff are very knowledgeable of the area and even have coupons to some of their favorite restaurants. Can't beat it!

I stayed here the night before my wedding and had a one bedroom suite. It was a nice room but not great, the bathroom was very small and the kicthen was useless as there were no utensils etc. They had too many large groups staying that night that were loud and obnoxious. And the hotel smelled bad (like too much cooked food).
