Customer Service is horrible and so is the management and staff -- This is the worst hotel that Choice has in San Antonio --
But I guess that's what happens when you franchise....Don't stay there --- Pay the price to stay somewhere nice -- It's worth it -- Even if they give rooms away -- Don't stay there.

Ask for movies she was so quick to direct and even printed the showtimes without even being asked. Directions to Fiesta Texas, eating areas, extra garbage bags, towels, whatever was asked quick to respond.
