Mold on the walls, rude staff, key didn't work (had to get the staff to let us in everytime), never had clean towels, overall it was an awful experience that I never want to have again. I would not stay there again if they paid me instead of me paying them.

We were just there and the romm was nasty. The bed had urine stains on the side of the mattress. The door had a crack underneath it a mouse could have went through.We killed two spiders in the room and the carpet was torn loose from the edges and in need of repair. The bathroom had mold on the shower curtain and on the walls. The pool was very dirty looked like it had not been cleaned.I would not recommend anyone to stay here.Just pure nasty.

There was NOTHING goog about this place. Had Hair in tub and sink, smelled, no towels, staff was rude, the people above us and on side of us kept making noise all night, bugs, and for the amount of money i spent I could have stayed on the beach. all I have to say is AWEFUL AWEFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

3. Not to mention the name change
4. Floor/carpet dirty
5. Bathroom door would not close
6. Priced too high for what I got

As nice a place as Gulf Shores, AL is, this place is bringing it down. The following are pointers that need to be mentioned.

1. Smelly Rooms
2. Stopped up toilet
3. Keys did not work half of the time
4. No Ice
5. No phone in room
6. Rude staff
7. Uncomfortable pillows that NO ONE would want to steal

Simply put, my advice is DO NOT stay in this hotel!
