Discriptions say rooms are wheelchair friendly only if you don't need in the restroom! Chairs will not fit through the door way!!!! so no toilet or shower. I thought handicap rooms were a mandated law but I quess as long as you can get in the room they have their bases covered.

Air conditioner did not work. Reported it to the front desk, but rude lady stated that this was impossible as it had just been replaced. She did not check for herself or send anyone. E-mailed customer service with no reply. Best Western has seen my last$.
