The hotel was really cozy (the beds were especially nice and pillowy) and the staff members are very friendly, but I stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks, and the internet connection never worked. During my first week of stay, the technical support people said the access point was out in that section of the hotel, and this problem would continue throughout my stay. This is a very nice hotel, as long as you do not need an internet connection.
