ski in ski outThe hotel is approx. 100 yards from the skilift. You can see the mountain and slopes from your hotel window. They don't do room service, you have to get fresh towels at the desk. Heavan On EarthThe Powderhorn and the Taos Ski Valley are a tough combination to beat. The hotel is convenient the base of the mountain and has breathtaking views of the mountains. On top of that, the owners (Mr. & Mrs. Dowell)are wonderful people and offer up a little Texas hospitality on every visit. They live on-site to ensure your every need is met. Give them a try on your next vacation. I promise you will not be disappointed.
