Called a week ahead of time and requested a specific room...no problem. When we arrived, was told room was already occupied. Front desk clerk was abrupt and never apologized for the inconvenience. There were not many vehicles in the parking area, so they were not even near capacity. Cancelled stay and left to find hotel w/better customer service and considerate, respectful staff.
