Pros: Superb location. One block south of Ste-Catherine East and 400 metres from the Saint-Laurent and Berri-UQAM metro stations. Only 12 blocks from the Eaton Centre and 15 blocks from McGill University and the Bell Centre. Reasonable daily parking fee ($10).
