This is a great place to stay. We love the pillow top beds and the rooms are really nice since they remodeled them. But, they need to have a line at the Buffet for Elite members or at least get more help. The food is GREAT! Just hate standing in line so long.

ever thing was just great. my wife is handicap and it was excellent just knowing we were so close to everthing. we had a very good time and if i wanted to go down there and play and my wife wanted to take a nap ,i fell i was close enough to ck on her. They bend over backwards. The are good folks and do not look down tat you. I have lost and much as $4000 here and won as much $5000. I was treated the same on every trip.

I thought it was a wonderful place to stay..I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel..We cant wait to return..And the casino was the best one there..Nothing was overly high at this hotel..The price of the rooms were reasonable also..Loved it give it two thumbs up!!!

This was my first visit to the Fitz and my last. The entire place stunk like a 30 yr old bar, there was mold in the showers, and the rooms were like an old Howard Johnson's. I did like the buffet, although thir steak resturant served low grade beef that was very tough. Also note, there is no in-room Internet access and cell phone service is poor in the entire complex.
