We had a great time there no complaints and the landscaping was absolutely beautiful throughout the entire property. The Maya Grill food was excellent. The room and service were great also my family felt safe the whole time we were there.

Very good place to stay, the down side was that my family and I had to walk and it was quite long especially in the heat. All and all, food was excellent and highly recommended for families.

This resort in Disney was soo much fun and Relaxing! Staff on the property are so nice to you! The spa there was real nice too!

when we got to our room the key didnt work . had along walk back to the service desk.we went through 5 keys.we ask for a smoking room didnt have any ashtrays in the room.it took two days to get. not a place for old people to stay. food was ok.but cost to much. it was a pretty place. need lot of money to stay there. bus service was great. i would not stay there again. room was clean. roomservice was not good.

Excellent, all the way around, I went in Jan. 06, and the weather was perfect averaged about 78, with a little cloud cover perfect, it is a big hotel so don't stay if you like parking your car in front of your door. The main pool is beautiful with a bar right there and running the margarita machines nice, and walking to the pool area or out to ...

The room location was awful very hard to get to and find, I paid more for a water view what a joke it was a swamp with nothing but bushes in front of the room door, no view to see. Waited till 6pm for a room, but they told us to come for an early check in, we were there at 10am. Manger did not care, awful and rude about the situation,we booked 3 ...

Room was small for family of 4. Bedcover had stains. Spent 2 hours (yes two hours)on the bus from hotel to Magic Kingdom, traffic from a marathon prevented entry to park. The bus driver could've just said, it'll be over an hour, take your car....
Hotel help told me to walk (had a knee brace on) to office (1+ mi) to return wheelchair (duh). Disney doesn't strive to make logistics easier, felt like cattle being herded.

I loved the casual feel of the hotel.the pool was great and the grounds were immaculate.You felt like you were on a tropical vacation and you can't beat the price.the only negatives were the rooms.the doublebeds were tight and the bathroom was tiny.however because of the reasonable price and beautiful grounds we would definitely go back.

The first room had black mold all over the bathroom, the second had just as much mildew as black mold , the hotel managers yelled at us for asking for our 2nd clean room , saw rat while walking the grounds -by the Mayan pool ..........if you go take Tilex and Lysol or stay at The Days Inn -down the strip .
