We stayed for a week at this hotel. The surroundings were beautiful and well maintained. Room was very clean but furnishings weren't as new as Disney's Port Orleans Resort, where we stayed on a previous visit.

Loved the pool! Loved the Mayan temple atmosphere...hung out in the hot tub all day! The only downside to our stay was the Mayan Grill restaurant. Service was poor and the food matched the experience. Other than the food, my family had a fantastic time!

The surroundings are beautiful! The food was delicioius and reasonably priced. The bus stop service made getting to other places very easy. Now two complaints; the rooms are small and you have to walk a long ways to get to most rooms. The on-property shuttle service wasn't dependable. This place was little walking into heaven. Everyone was nice. The pool was big and fantastic. The Food a variety. It made you feel like you were in Mexico. LOVED IT!!!!!

I planned to stay here for MONTHS in advance before I came. And when I came, it wasn't what I expected. Your room is 10 miniutes away from the main lobby and restraunts, and I stayed in October, so it was chilly in the morning. The room was very boxed in, I guess that's the 'moderate resorts'. Your patio is shared by about 30 other rooms, and it was very inny to me. I looked at it and we drove to Animal Kingdom Lodge.

I attended a conference that was being held at the Coronado Springs Resort and Convention Center from March 2-8, 2006. Pros - Extremely friendly staff who went out of their way to make sure we were happy. We had a great time there no complaints and the landscaping was absolutely beautiful throughout the entire property. The Maya Grill food was excellent. The room and service were great also my family felt safe the whole time we were there.
