Best price in the area. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Denny's, MacDonalds, Senior Taco within walking distance. Microwave and refrigerators in the rooms. Cable TV. Pleasant environment.

Best value on our entire trip . Got a discount from what the posted rate is . Arrived very late and left relatively early, so didn't see what was available to us . Both employees at front desk were very helpful . The young guy in the morning even came out to take our picture beside the cactus in the front garden area .
The only drawback was , it is so far away from downtown Phoenix , but it is in a lovely area .

Stayed at this hotel as it was close to family. Staff is very poor. A few were unable to communicate and very rude. Rooms are very average and the breakfast ran out. Pool is way too small for Arizona with no atmosphere. You feel as if you are swimming in aparking lot.

We would never stay at this hotel again. The customer service (evening staff) was very poor. The quality of the hotel for the amount of money was not worth it. The beds were very uncomfortable. The breakfast was poor. I used to stay at Comfort Inns quite a lot, but won't do so any longer.

This hotel in the heart of beautiful Fountain Hills needs a lot of work on customer service. It was our 20th anniversary and I asked for a quite room with a view. It was a weeknight and the hotel was NOT full. Without any comment or greeting we were given a room overlooking the main street which by the way is VERY noisey. I asked for a better ...
