Upon check in, we were given a room without a window. Low wattage bulbs made it feel like a dungeon. The pictures and mirror that would normally adorn the walls had been removed, leaving holes to look at. We requested a room with a window and were moved to the room next door.

My husband and I stayed at the embassy suits in Charleston WV. I really injoyed it. They have alot of space and we had a great time. Although there was tons of cheerleaders the weekend we stayed and they was loud and hogged up the hot tub. My advice on what i think would be nice is if they had hot tubs in the rooms.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, spacious and service is excellent. All employees were very helpful with directions and advice to local attractions. We loved the breakfast and lounge area with light horderves.
