Their service is unbelievably bad. We can't believe they have a 5 Diamond Rating. They do not care about their customers. Make sure you don't have any problems while staying there, because if you do they will not help you at all!! We stay at 5 Diamond Hotels all over the world, and this hotel does not even deserve one Diamond!!!

This hotel defines luxury. The employees know your name the minute you step out of the car and they don't forget it. The beds are to die for and the food is amazing. There is almost no reason to ever leave this resort it is so amazing.

This hotel is paradise, it is absolutely beautiful. Our room was HUGE and the view was so amazing. Service and staff were so friendly and attentive. I hope we get a chance to stay here again. We left after our stay here and went to Maui and stayed at the 4 seasons. It didn't even come close to comparing. I wanted to go back to the Madarin! I guess they spoiled us there.

Although, this hotel was away from the city and its activities. The hotels ambiance & peaceful seclusion compensated for the fast city rush we thought we needed. We realized that we could get to the city via provided shuttle service and came to the comfort of our hotel to RELAX on our own private beach. We LOVED it!

I have stayed there six times and loved it every time. The service is imepecable, they know our names when we arrive, and the food is great.

The rooms are nice and the view is beautiful. The furnishings are great and the bathroom is very large, however the whole place seems and looks very old. The Kahala outstands from the rest of the resorts in Hawaii. The dolphin lagoon in the middle is great. The beach is he best place to be. Kahala is great for kids. The dining is some of the best in the world.
Im defintley going back next year.I would reccomend it to anyone that likes luxury at its best.
