This is STILL the best place to eat in the area. It has great food selections, friendly waitstaff, and atmosphere like no other area in the surrounding counties.
We visit often, take all our friends and family there.

When it first opened it was awesome and you could not ask for a better steak. Not the case anymore. Smoky's has just fallen through the cracks and does not stand out as a nice place to eat as it use to. What a shame, such a nice looking place. The staff is good, minus a few, so if you want a so, so meal for a high price this would be the place. I do have to say the service is better than any in the Dandridge area.

My husband and I were looking for something other than fish one Friday night and ended up at Smoky's. Best thing that every happened to us. Can't think of one single thing to complain about. You should go in the summer and walk to the lake. Makes a perfect evening.

Smoky's Steak & BBQ is just the cutest little place. The BBQ is outstanding and the steaks are just as good.
The service is just as down home and friendly as going to grandma's house. Pork shanks that fall off the bone.
The broccoli is the freshest and most flavorful I have ever been served in a restaurant. If you are going east or west you need to put Smoky's as your place to stop. Excellent!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We were looking for land in the area and saw this cute restaurant in the middle of downtown. I think this is the best BBQ I might have ever had... The food was awesome!! I had the pulled pork platter with a salad and mashed potatoes, also the french fries are spiced and are really yummy..... You have gotta try this place. I am upset that I might not get to go again, but if I am ever close, I will be there in a heartbeat!!
