Not truly clean as not enough help. Pool, small needs a good scrubbing. Play ground for kids almost non-existent, and dangerous. Common Barb-que area is a mess, the grills rusting and falling apart. Very noisy, air-conditioners barely work, assigned parking is ignored, especially by asst-manager. Showers very old, leak, shower heads barely work. Some units do have new stoves and refrigerators, all the plumbing and wiring is from 1965
