They speak so sweet when you call and when you visit. As soon as you arrive, they take your credit card and charge you. In any decent hotels, you can cancel it and get the money back but not here. They claim, they are eco friendly, userfirndly and all drama. Please be sure beofore you give your credit card, once you do, you have to either stay or leave without your money. best luck- SAM
