This is a great place to stay, and they welcome your dogs! Everyone on our floor had a pet or two, and the staff was so kind and understanding. We were able to leave our pets in the room while we went out to shop and have dinner. There is an area to walk the dogs there on the grounds.

We stayed here May 2008, and were very satisfied with everything. After checking in, we received a call from the front desk making sure our room was fine (it was). Also, the continental breakfast was varied and tasty.
Everything considered, we will stay here again.

The breakfast has a theme everyday like a little country when they serve eggs anda side with other items. Our hotel room had a full kitchen which took us by surprise. We had plates and everythingn in the cupboards. The maids greeted us and other staff when they saw us and everyone was helpful. They have access for all to one computer in the lobby. ...

We have stayed at this Hampton 3 times in the last 2 years. They have made marked improvments since our first stay. This trip we stayed 4 days. The cont. Breakfast was very nice. More selection the most.

This is the best hotel in Pigeon Forge. New ownership has changed the entire hotel from guest service to a new renovated hotel. The hot breakfast bar had over 25 items and the heated pool and hot tub were great. The staff was very helpful and recommended several restaurants that were nearby. The hotel is located near Dollywood and 5 Oakd Tanger Outlet Mall. We will be back.

Front desk needs consistent hospitality. Clerk at front desk was rude never asked if he could help me, I had to get his attention to ask about exercise room. On checking out front desk clerk looked at me and my husband didn't once say can I help you. We told him we were checking out.
Breakfast Bar was good. Rooms clean.
